The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. He wasted no time but still took all the time needed to explain exactly what was wrong and our options for fixing it.

He was personable and efficient. The job was done professorially and the cleanup was outstanding. I'm planning on getting a maintenance contract with them and I've already asked them to do a job in an apartment I own.

Luke was pleasant, responsive, reasonable & courteous. I called him this morning & he was able to come this afternoon. He diagnosed the problem & was in & out in an hour. I would definitely use Luke again

He came and was very nice and professional. He knew immediately what it was (the arm was clogged with some inorganic items that somehow found their way in like part of a straw), and removed the piece and cleaned it and replaced it. No hidden costs. He was upfront and honest. I will call on him for any appliance matters from now on. I highly recommend him.

Great! He is so knowledgeable and helpful about all of the appliances as all of mine are 12 years old. I was afraid to put money in appliance this age, but he is a master technician and can save you money. Very honest man who cares about his work. Everything went quite well. Of the four companies on Angie's List I contacted, only two responded and only Luke followed up timely with an estimate of the cost. Luke asked lots of questions and had me check a few things to diagnose exactly what the problem was. He quoted me prices for several options, depending on what was actually broken. His diagnosis was right on. He came with all the necessary parts and was extremely knowledgeable of the workings of this appliance. Luke was the consummate professional in every respect. I would definitely use his services again if any other major appliance were to break down. I would also highly recommend him to friends and family.

Luke was knowledge, neat, and fast. He came in disassembled the microwave, diagnosed the problems, advised me what the parts would cost to install and advised it would be more cost effective to replace than repair, which I am grateful for him doing. I ordered my new microwave. It came in and I called to set up an appointment for Smart Choice to do the install.

We have a 50 year old oven. Erik tried several ways to get the broiler unit reattached and finally wired it up. Erik was very professional, on time and knowledgeable.

Luke came out and looked at the refrigerator, which was not cooling. He determined that it needed an evaporator and told us that The cost would be upwards of $600, and that it would be better to just by a new refrigerator. So we did.

I could not have been more pleased with the service provided. Provider even called me to tell me he was running behind schedule and would be late, then called again to tell me he was on his way.

But he still took the time to explain to me what to get as far as a washing machine for my situation, as my washing machine sits in the garage and it gets quite hot out there, especially in the summer months. then he took measurements of my refrigerator, so I would know what size to get. About 10 minutes after leaving my house, he called me, to tell me about a sale at Home Depot on a washing machine that would be good for my situation. Luke was great. He was very knowledgeable and his fare was not high. I needed to repair the knob of my washer. He not only installed a new knob, but also inspect the machine. He took the time to explain the was the washer works and gave me tips to operate it properly. He also gave me recommendations for new brands of washers. I ended up buying a new one, but I'm glad I hired Luke because he helped me made an informed decision. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an appliance repair.

Luke responded within a couple of hours of my call which was impressive. Got me working again and also evaluated problem with washer. Both washer and dryer were older than we realized so both working for now while we shop for replacements. He also provided advice from his perspective as to the best replacements available now.

Luke told me to try a couple of things before spending the money to have someone come out here, and one of them worked so now with no money spent I have a fully functional range again and have found an appliance guy that I will always use in the future. A+ service, definitely not going to rip you off, I highly recommend.

I was so impressed with Luke's knowledge of the problem with the washing machine. Unfortunately for me, the washer is only a couple of years old, and the repair was extensive and costly. He advised me accordingly. I did not go ahead with the repair and am going to take it up with either the place where I purchased it or GE themselves. As for the other appliance, the microwave only needed a new door handle. Not only did he test the appliance for its radiation safety but explained that it would be a very simple repair for a homeowner like to me do, and showed me how simple it was to do. Not too many repair technicians out there would be that honest. Even though I did not have the work done with Luke today, I will call Smart Choice without hesitation in the future for any appliance repairs.

If any other appliances should break in our home I will call him. Cleaned up after he finished the job.

Because I am a renter, Luke spoke to my landlady and me. He explained how a refrigerator works and what was wrong with ours. The refrigerator is 15 years old so it wasn't worth fixing. My landlady and i were both very impressed with Luke's good work and excellent professionalism. We told him that we would be using him from now on for all our appliances We felt he was very honest and reliable. And he made sure to come immediately. I don't think I have ever met anyone in his business as nice as he is.
