Horrible customer service and I would never recommend Joes Sprinklers to anyone. I hired Joes Sprinklers in the past to replace sprinkler heads and Mr Joseph did a good job. I thought Joseph or his son would be arriving to replace my sprinkler systems pump and reset the timer clock, due to clock changing when my pump died, and he was installing a new pump. The man who arrived to do the job was not Joseph or Joseph's son from Joe's Sprinklers, and he claimed Joseph was on vacation. This person who showed up installed a new pump, and one sprinkler head, and told me incorrect information re when the sprinklers and pump would turn on, but he was wrong and the system did not do what he said the system would do.. I called this worker from Joes Sprinklers the next day after pump installation to ask him to please return and set the clock and days for sprinkler system to turn on, and he gave excuses for why he was not hired to reset the clock, but said when he was in the area, I requested him to return ASAP to prevent lawn problems. He agreed to return the next Thursday in 6 days to re-set the clock and days THE TIMER WAS SET FOR SPRINKLERS TO TURN ON, but he never showed up, never called me, and just shined me on. He got his money, wrote me an unsigned receipt giving me a one yr warrenty on parts & service, and refused to provide the service i thought Joes Sprinklers would take care of, since Joseph the owner did such a good job with my sprinklers in the past. Whoever this worker is has a very poor attitude, is unreliable, and has no sense of ethical responsibility for his work. He provided horrible customer service or support. If something goes wrong with the pump, i think this worker will disappear and claim he has no responsibility for fixing the problem or replacing the pump. This problem will probably wind up in small claims court, cause I wonder if this person is using the name of Joe's Sprinklers on Angies List to obtain customers who think they are hiring Mr Joseph to do the work. This person provided such poor customer service, once he got his money, he demonstrated very little concern for me as a customer. Stay away from Joe's Sprinklers and find yourself a more reliable company. This was a very disappointing and unfortunate experience, especially cause i hired Joe's Sprinklers in the past and did not expect such horrific customer service and denial of following up to re-set the timer clock and days for sprinkler system to water the grass

Very well. This was a somewhat difficult job due to the location of the break. The lines were fixed at a fair price. Very pleased with the workmanship.

Joe's sprinkler does a phenomenal job! Sorel (the son) has helped me with both repairs and installation. He is extremely knowledgeable and priced very competitive as well. Also a great guy! Will refer Sorel and Joe's Sprinklers to anyone I know!

I sent out an Angie's List request the night before after dinner. The guys at Joe's sprinklers called me back the next day, and even made time to come out in the same day. It''s so nice to see people that actually want business! They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and well priced. I'm definitely adding this company to my list of service providers.

They never responded to my quote request. They never called me either. That was four days ago. I marked: "Would you hire again: "Yes" because if they have a good excuse for not calling sooner I might reconsider.

They were scheduled to show up sat at 1-1:30 but never showed up no call/ text and no show very unprofessional. At least give people the courtesy of a call or text that you wont be able to make it.
