They come twice a year and then service in between if needed.

They are very good. I never had a problem with them. They always show up on time. They are clean and they do a good job.

Island air conditioning arrived as stated and the install went without a hitch. I had my own electrician take care of the wiring end of the project and as it turned out... He screwed up the job, Island air conditioning stepped up and took care of the issues. They made sure everything was closed out, I cannot thank them enough. I would absolutely use them again, I also have no problem recommending to my friends and family. They are my go to company for all my a/c needs. Thanks guys, great job!

Island Air is the best. They responed immediately, always call to let you know they're on their way, and the people that do the work know what they're doing, are professional, respectful and give you the best advice rather than trying to talk you into expensive things you don't need. Adrienne has done most of the work, and she's outstanding, but Brian and even the owner Steve have been out. I could not be happier. When there's an emergency, the respond - you cannot put a price on having a reliable 24-hour emergency response when your AC isn't working. Their service plans are reasonable, they are trustworthy, clean and professional. If you're not using Island Air, you're probably wasting your money.

Prompt, honest and available on short notice! Turned out to only be a loose wire. They could have told me it was worse and I would not have known the difference. They also were the only ones agreeable to come out on a late Friday afternoon.

I have not used this company before. I called Island Air wanting to have my a/c checked. It is freezing up. They asked for my address, then said a name. I said that was the previous home owner, she then put me on hold. When she came back on the phone she informed me that they were not taking any new customers. They were only taking previous customers that have service contracts. Maybe they should state that on their website, and maybe Angie's list should also state that on their website. Apparently they are so busy with existing customers that they don't need any new ones.

The details are that the crew showed up on time. Finished in less than a full day. Cleaned up after themselves (no big mess). Used shoe covers like pros do. Acted like grown-ups, they are. Communicated personally and professionally. Showed us how to use the new Thermostat, we love. Steve Ruud, one of the owners stopped by during the installation. He did the proposal we embraced We have not had to call for a service. Once the unit was turned on April 6, 2016 it not only has kept working. While it was not promised, the unit is working so much more quietly, we can hardly hear it and no longer have to turn up the TV audio to override the sound of the air conditioning unit. Bravo.  We also are already noticing the unit does not have to run as often. Further the two step turn on, ensures we use less power. We are seeing our electricity costs dropping too.

Excellent. ? Had another company complete a tune-up on my AC system a few months ago and did not feel right about it. ?The Island AIr Conditioning technician confirmed that the other provider did not cut the pipe to clean the drain pipe and there were a few other items they were able to correct.?

They were easy to deal with and did an excellent job servicing and repairing our air conditioners. 

Great -- always have excellent results with Island Air.  Their techs are on time, knowledgeable and will let me watch and answer any questions I have.  Last year I had to have some coils replaced, which was costlier than the normal visit, but better than having to replace the whole unit. I've used them for years and will continue to do so.  My favorite tech was the lady from Gainesville who was a hoot!  And knew her trade as well as some of the guys (she used to have her own AC biz in G'ville).
