We haven't compared prices, but I like them.  They show up every month and do a good job.  I've never had any problems with them.  They were personable.  The only reason I starting using them was that he came recommended from me realtor.

 The problem was roof rats, and they are gone as far as I can tell. They left a bait station outside the house near one of the entrance possibilities and will service that for a year included in the cost.

They are local business person. They were actually recommended to me by a friend. They know the area quite well. We have probably being using them for ten years. If we feel comfortable with someone then we use them for a long time and we were very comfortable with them. One time there were actually some flying ants inside my house. They came in very quickly and they dusted my add deck and got rid of the problem very quickly as there was a regular problem with the ants. They do the interior but I mainly use them for exterior.

Our expereince has exceeded expectations, we are very pleased with the customer service and professionalism from Hometown Pest Control. They are always professional, pleasant, no pressure to buy services we do not need (my husband had a pest control license so he is knowledgeable - not something we shared when we interviewed them). We had contacts in the pst with the "big names" and discountinued for poor service, quality and rude representatives. We are very pleased with Hometown Pest Control and would recommend them.

The experience has gone well. There was a little push to get us to purchase the outside foliage treatment, but since the community does some of that, we've avoided that expense for now. We have a cat, and we make sure the cat is not near areas where they spray when they make their monthly visit. The only down side is that I've not gotten a clear explanation of any dangers that may arise should the cat touch the spray or residue. I have to explore that further.

I think that they are excellent. They tend to have the same technicians. We started using them 7 years ago. We had fire ants and they were able to come to the house in an hour. They are careful about where they spray.

I give him very high grades- he does the job and he didn't jack up the prices from gas prices for me and his performances is good and very good in what he is doin. Staff is great and what he does.
