A good Brother B&W Laser wireless printer, but I could never get the written directions to work. Turns out I was not the only one. Scott went through the written 5 pages of instructions three times and could not get the printer to "talk" to the wireless laptop
A Dell Precision Workstation by the way. Then, although the WPS instant connections have been on routers for years, they never have really worked hence the 5 pages of instructions. Scott noticed that I had a brand new router so he pushed the WPS button and used an opened paperclip to push the recessed button in the back, stood back and watched the lights blink and much to my surprise, the printer connected to the router and then to the wireless laptop. This idea had never occurred to me and it was never mentioned in the connection directions. I am located in the next town over, so I paid $65.00 for the service and a $10 travel fee (Gas and tires still cost money as hopefully everyone has noticed) Anyway, not to put to fine a point on it, I was amazed. He is Dell certified and previously installed Malwarebytes Pro on all my machines and I have never been successfully hacked with malware such as keyloggers and other illegal activities designed to steal identities. I would never have known this was the best product on the market by far and has a life time license. He recommended a free, automatically updating virus protector and I have never had a virus after all these years. For this and other regular services over the years, I would give my highest recommendation to Eastside Computer Services on Depot Rd. in Delray Beach Florida.
