As you know we have reviewed your claim for the chipped vase as well as the the 16 year old TV that is now not working properly. We have accepted the claim and will be issuing a check to cover these based on state moving statute. We perform upwards of 8 moves per day and occasionally there is a minor mishap. Only suggestion is that order taker ask size of the Refrigerator as price had to be adjusted up due to size. We feel that was reasonable, but communicating in advance would avert any users attitude about price being a bait and switch,
Spencer and Billy were exceptional in dealing with this large refrigerator. They were resourceful and were solution oriented the entire time until the job was completed. I would highly recommend their services and would use them again without hesitation.

Blake and Trevor were terrific. These boys deserve triple bonuses for
removing my things in a timely, professional manner.
Will not plan to collect more junk, but if I do, they will be the ones I call.
They guys were neat, eager to help and very courteous. They even helped me move out the old couch and take a heavy painting off my wall so I could replace it with the one they moved for me.
There may be some movers who offer special discounts, etc. but i strongly believe you get what you pay for. I was anxious to have a trustworthy company move my late mother's piano and they did deliver - in every way

For readers of this post I would like to expand on some of your comments. We offer two types of estimates, over the phone and on site, both at no charge. You received over the phone which is based on information that you provide. It is always a range and specifically is qualified as an estimate only, not a binding price. There are many factors that can add time that we cannot see over the phone such as a long push, small elevator or many small items that seem unimportant and not mentioned that take the same time to load as large items. In your case there was an extremely small elevator and many things had to carried down the stairs. Regarding the double width bookcase, the crew did offer to take it apart so that it would fit down the stairs. We understand your concern at that time regarding the time spent to take it apart and respected your decision to not do so. When the Manager came to move it he made an attempt to get it down the stairs in one piece and came to the same conclusion, took it apart moved it for you and re assembled it in your new home. I am happy that everything has worked out and you are now settled in your new home. Thank You for your business, it is greatly appreciated."
