About us
We are a relationship-based specialty service provider to part-time South Florida residents. We manage a very limited number of high-end luxury residential homes and estates for homeowners who spend much of the year out of town. We specialize in managing homes and estates in the coastal areas from Boca Raton to Gulf Stream for clients for whom privacy and security are a primary concern. Our services vary, depending on the needs of the client. Our job is to be a local contact to manage cleints' homes while they are away to ensure that their property remains in pristine condition, ready to be enjoyed upon their return. We provide basic home concierge services to full-service property management or anything in-between. We are also a licensed General Contractor and licensed Real Estate agent. We are capable of managing repair and renovation projects while the Owner is out of town. Additionally, we can also provide Real Estate services, from renting or selling properties.
