Fantastically! They were professional, timely, personable, came with great local referrals and it has been a positive experience working with them.

They've done of for 4 years. If there's an emergency they are here, they get the mail, they get the trash out, they are very trustworthy, they communicate with me, they're very reasonable for what they do and they do whatever you ask them to.

They do a great job of monitoring the house, taking care of the mail, dealing with maintenance issues and making sure the pool and landscaping continue to be maintained while we are not around. They have also helped with picking up our car when it is shipped to or from Florida. I highly recommend them.

Property oversight and maintenance, which is so reassuring. Recently, we had a termite problem. Ben spotted the problem. Kathy arranged for the exterminator service including tenting our home. After the extermination, Kathy and Ben arranged for a screen repair, had a cleaning service clean up and brought the house back to normal. Before we come to Florida for vacations, she has a cleaning service come and make the beds and freshen up. Every time Ben goes to the house, he sends me an e-mail with the status of the pool, lawn, etc. They are on site whenever a maintenance person is in our home or anything needs to be done and oversee all work. We couldn't be happier and can rest at night knowing that our property is in wonderful hands. We feel like we have made some very good friends with Ben and Kathy, their professionalism is the best and they go the distance to help their clients with anything they may need. If you are looking for a property management company, look no further. They are the best. Caring, competent, professional and always there for their client. We look forward to a long relationship with Baffer Properties. Because of their excellence, happily, we can keep our place in Florida going until we are ready to retire! Baffer Properties did a fantastic job and responded immediately if I had any questions. They prevented any disasters both inside and out by being on top of everything. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for property management when you are out of town.

We hired an engineer to oversee our property while we are gone. His wife is extremely efficient and organized. We left our home and after several months, upon our return, everything was perfect.
