ATP Inc is a full service mold remediation company. Our experience includes backgrounds in mold removal, mold testing and construction services. We have been providing mold restoration services for over 15 years. We offer a different mold removal process known as TM-100 Technology which is a fogging solution. TM-100 Technology is an organic solution that removes mold spores organically with out using toxic chemicals such as bleach and fungicides. While it is still too early to tell, I do notice some changes in the dust patterns and will give it another few days for the new filter to calm down the area. To sum it up, John Shippole gave me over 45 min of his time on his cell phone to try and correct this issue without charging. I don't know how this will eventually play out but you can rest assured John and his company will be the first and only call

Owner came out with various testing equipment to do a visual and sampling inspection as discussed over the phone.  When he arrived he only did a visual inspection of one room and repeated the exact same selling pitch that is on his website.  Due to allergic reactions to various chemicals, I requested the ingredients in the products used and he refused to disclose.  Instead he kept repeating his sales pitch from the website, even dodging questions relating to the products and procedure.  I had to force him to look at other areas in the house and kept telling me he had to leave very soon.  In conclusion, I would not let anyone bring chemicals or equipment into my house that I did not know exactly what they are and where they came from.   Due to my high allergic reaction he could have made my conditions worse than better.   He could not comprehend that fact and therefore did not hire and suggest to anyone else to do the same research before letting anyone like this before signing any contract.  I paid his $125 inspection report, although he resisted looking at anything.  I requested a refund of the $125, but again he just repeated his sales pitch from the website.

Prior to being on your property for 2 hours I spoke to you over the phone and discussed our services and product. I did a thorough visual assessment of the property and concluded and communicated that you have maintenance issues and poor upkeep. We recommended to conduct mold sampling but you insisted on bacteria sampling. I called my lab in front of you and they confirmed they could provide bacteria analysis. Unfortunately you did not want to move forward with sampling. The fee to come out was $125 which you knew in advance. The TM-100 information is available on the website as discussed with you. John was extremely professional and prompt during the entire testing process.  He was clean, took the time to explain every aspect of the testing and was careful in general.  I appreciated his quick turn around with the results and his follow up calls.  He was referred to me by a master builder and I am glad we met him.

This was a great experience. When you think mold you get scared. He was assuring the whole time that everything would be ok and never once alarmed me as I had had with other companies in the past on other homes. He was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and reasonable in cost. I would definitely recommend his company for this type of work. Most importantly he came very quickly after the phone call which I liked best and was always responsive.

My home in wellington FL was having some other issues. I called after mold inspection companies and wasn't satisfied with there professionalism I contacted ATP environment and was very happy with the way John explained things to me and how attentive he was per our phone conversation. We set up the appointment and he was on time and prompt. The mold assessment took about an hour and he walked me through everything and explained in detail what occured in my home. I would highly recommend John S and ATP Environment for all your concerns regarding indoor air quality and mold inpections.
