Did not use due to the high price.

We've used this air conditioning company since we bought our home. We used them to put in a new Trane air conditioning unit. There's been nothing but problems since we've had it installed. We always have trouble every month or so. They always send people out to help, but sometimes it doesn't seem like they know what they're talking about. There's an inconsistency with what the problems really are. There's been some problems with condensation because it's in our attic. The light in my garage fell from water damage and the ceiling is cracking and in bad condition. Sean is very nice, professional and kind. He has been very pleasant to work with. The operators when you call tend to be pleasant as well.

Everything was great. I would recommend them to anybody. At the time that it was put in, I remember writing a letter to the owner of the company because I was so happy with their work. Everyone, from the representative who gave us an estimate to the technicians who came to our home, was just great. They came, and they came on time. They are very professional, efficient, and although air conditioning is a messy job, it looked like they were never here. I got estimates from three different companies and although they were not the cheapest, all three estimates were within a hundred dollars and I thought their prices were more than reasonable for the quality of work they did. When they showed up there was more work than expected, and they did not charge us for all of the extra work. They don t subcontract out their work, so everyone who comes out actually works for the company, which I think is important. I was completely happy with this company.
