None of your categories matched my experience..I actually talked to George who was very helpful and told me what steps to take. No work has actually been done, but as soon as I can follow his instructions I will decide how to proceed and would ask for a service call. George completed the service I needed quickly and professionally and I recommend Northside vacuums highly.

George is extremely knowledgeable and willing to share information even if you don't hire him. I would have hired him but he explained how to fix the problem myself. He's very friendly and willing to help without pay. Great guy!!

I felt the service call charge was a bit high. $125.00 in my opinion is a bit excessive. Otherwise, it was a good experience and will hire them again when I need more extensive work on my central vac.

Great service. The service rep George was extremely knowledgeable, he took the time to explain the system and best of all got me up and running again. Not all Vaccum repair service companies “suck” they were an “up right” company!
