I called to request a quote on replacing the headliner in my 2003 VW Beetle. I left a message and Frank Zarra called me back the same day. We set up an appointment for him to come to my house to replace the liner the next day and he showed up at the allotted time and got right down to business.
I felt kind of bad for him as there are lots of little pieces of trim that had to come off before he could even take the old liner out. So I'm sure it took him a little longer than a normal job would. He put everything back in place and the new liner looks awesome. The color matches perfectly.
