"Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry that you feel this way, but there are some inaccuracies in this review I need point out. Reliable Electrical Services is simply a d/b/a of Sun Electric Works, Inc. (our parent corporation, not a 2nd name) and this practice is not shady, illegal, or unethical. It is common practice in business to have a parent corporation and d/b/a names for the different entities of the company. We operate our electric division under Reliable Electrical Services and have been in business for 17 years now. I understand your frustration that we had to reschedule your service call and we do care about you and all of our customers. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to reschedule the visit due to some scheduling conflicts and manpower issues for this past Monday. This information was provided to you on your voicemail on Friday at 4:22pm, 2 days before the appointment. We then called you at 8:01am Monday morning, just 1 minute after we opened the office to let you know again that we would need to reschedule. In addition, the dispatcher that called you on Friday offered you a discount as an apology for needing to reschedule the call. Lastly, our Service Manager Stephen left 2 voicemails at your home on Monday and emailed you in order to provide a quick solution to the rescheduling issue, but you did not take the call nor call us back at the office as requested. Again, we truly do apologize for having to reschedule your call, but we did give advance notice and also offered a discount to make up for this need to reschedule. If you would like to discuss this further, or take advantage of the discounted service call, please call Stephen at the office and he will see that you are taken care of as quickly as possible."
