NIGHTMARE COMPANY AND SCUM BAG OWNERS, RUN!!!!! 4 months turned into 19 months of terror and we have paid in full receipts for each step of the way, their sorry excuse of waiting for payments from clients is another lie. Do not put yourself through the nightmare, bait and switch, nor horrible customer service from the scum bags that run this so-called franchise. Both Ron and Sue lie about every aspect, price gouge, bait and switch on many items and equipment, will leave your job incomplete, and sabotage your property out of spite. (We have all the date stamped emails and photos to prove) They failed each and every inspection multiple times, crews trespassed onto neighbor’s property and vandalized their properties. No wonder they composed such a contract were it binds customers into not suing them as they know they are trash and provide trash service. Karma will catch up with them all soon I am sure after all the evil they have done not only Florida but in California and Texas as well. Maybe then they will reflect on how they could have been better people. We had to hunt them down for lien wavers and some were sent as scribbles on scraps. These are just some of the emails that were received back after voicing our concerns with them trashing neighbor’s property, ruining nature preserves, and damaging our community. Rons response was for us to stop our tantrums after dealing with there horrible work for 19 months. Our pool project was promised to be complete in 4 months. After 19 months of the biggest nightmare and spending $120k on a pool it was still left uncomplete, equipment was left broken and malfunctioning, and our pool leaks. From day one we endured bait and switch tactics from them, and all the tile and pool equipment was incorrect. The measurements were done wrong, the pool measurements were done incorrectly, the wrong jets were installed in the jacuzzi and still do not work properly. The parts installed in our pool were not even a month old and began rusting and leaving rust marks on the finish. The day the wrong-colored tile was delivered was the only day a crew showed up faster than lighting to install it against our approval. We emailed with pictures showing the tile we chose and paid for and the difference in tile delivered and installed, and we were ignored. The contracted fire pit had to be redone 5 times and it is still not correct with the measurements and stairs. The sun shelf had to be redone 3 times, the rebar had to be redone twice, and it goes on and on with all the failed inspections. Reports attached for proof. As in the emails Ron told his he would spray paint the walls, not accept upgrades, they he would not honor the original products we chose and paid for, and he was intentionally going sabotage our pool project. He did this in writing in May “I will ask Jason to go by Home depot and get a can of white spray paint and paint the wall. Of course I will do this at no charge.” Also from Ron “. So please stop your tantrums.” They hire companies that have illegals working for them, pay them pennies if that, and then threaten them that they will be reported. We went through three project managers as they cannot hold employees and they even have some suing them for work-related issues. They have had numerous complaints to the BBB, the governor’s office, and state investigators that know them by name at this point. They price gauged us on a job that should have only cost $60-$70k tops. The only way our pool project was semi completed was by having to file a complaint with the state investigator whom made sure to assist us with a timeline even with Ron and Sue’s lies. We are knowledgeable consumers and in a way lucky for that and all of our research to deal with the nightmare we had. I am only going to provide you what you paid for so that we can absolutely be done with you. I had filed a complaint against your Stuart Florida franchise back in April. That complaint went directly to Mr. Ron Sills who has refused to work with me to rectify the situation. Just today, he threatened to deliberately sabotage my project out of spite.
