"Hi [Member Name Removed] and other customers who might see this, To begin with this job was never performed as it is stated on the review. This customer requested an estimate beginning of October and accepted the written estimate then. Customer provided a $300 deposit and the date was set for the job to be performed a week after that. On the day scheduled the customer called and rescheduled the job for beginning of November. On the first week of November customer called to reschedule the job on the same day job it was scheduled again. Mr-Paver then decided to refund customer the full amount for the deposit even after two same day rescheduling. We sent the check via certified mail with signature request the second week of November but nobody was at the house to receive the check. Once Mr-Paver got the check back we sent it again via certified mail with signature request, that's when This customer decided to publish this review even though we were exchanging emails since the beginning of our contract. To finalize the refund check was deposited the same day this review was posted. This is clearly a way to downgrade a reputable small business. We have been serving South Florida for over 9 years and this is our first bad review posted by a customer. Thanks, Mr-Paver"
