Unfortunately on some jobs when dealing with electric there are unforeseen circumstances and the technicians do run over. This pushed your call to the end of the day. I have addressed the issue with the in house staff to ensure better communication with customers. For the 7am appointment yes our technicians father passed away over night and the message was received at 7:30am. A call was placed to you immediately after we received notice.
