Charles Hall - Stucco Repair

Charles Hall is a true professional. He is knowledgeable, experienced and has great work ethics. His finished work is excellent! I would definitely hire him again.

Very quick response. Charles repaired and rebuilt a decorative stucco columns on the front of my house. He did a terrific job. I am so glad I called him. As a matter of fact, I am getting ready to call him again.

I hired Charles to plaster my new soffitt. He was professional, good for his word, and reasonable. I would hire Charles again for any Stucco/plaster work. The arrived when they said they would, and were finshed quickly cleaning up the area when they were finished.

Charles and his team were great. He asked me if I wanted to hang around and watch how it was done and ask questions. His work was awesome and pricing was reasonable. It didn't take him long to do what he needed to do but he was very thorough and made sure it was done to my liking.

Charles spent about an hour looking at the work that was to be done before giving an estimate and a complete explanation of the scope of the work he would be doing. He and a helper came the next day, completed the work and left the yard and pool area as clean as it was when they started. The repair work is very well done. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again.

Charles and his son did excellent work. They know exactly what they are doing and I couldn't be happier with the work. Be careful hiring someone to do stucco... there are a bunch of people out there that make empty promises and do the work half asked only to crack and fall apart later. (Unfortunately I got fool the 1st time) Charles was pricey but it was worth it.

He did a fabulous job and responded back to me very well.

Charles does excellent stucco work - his prices are not cheap but as always you get what you pay for! Paid a high price but got extremely high quality work! I would hire Charles again for stucco work in a heartbeat!

Charles did an excellent job. It looks great. Of course, only time will tell if the stucco resurfacing will stand up over time. But for now i am very satisfied.

Went above and beyond to explain everything in detail. Takes pride in his work and it shows. Fixed a problem that 4 other contractors couldnt solve.

Charles was extremely responsive in contacting me as soon as I posted my job on Home Advisor. He gave me an initial estimate, based on what he could see. Unfortunately (for me), when he got into the repair, the job became much more complex with rotted wood and hidden interior damage. To his credit, Charles was able to quickly adjust to the added work and made the additional repairs. From a work standpoint, I was extremely pleased. My only concern, and reason for the 4.0 customer service score, was that it took 5 days to get the estimate/bill due to some administrative shortcomings in his billing process. It’s a shame that had to happen.

Charles responded immediately once I found him on Home Advisor and then came out early Monday and finished the project in only 3 days, which is what he estimated. His manners and attention to detail is excellent. I would definitely hire him again. Highly recommended!

Charles is a professional and knowledgeable about Stucco repairs. We had him out twice to do work around our home. Our son had Charles out to do Stucco repairs on the front of his home and was also very pleased. I would highly recommend him.
