They sent FABIO to my condo to view my laminate floor problem, which I had created by using a product that left a film on my High Gloss laminate floors. Within no time FABIO had come up with a solution. He tried 3 different mixtures before finding the right one. He then proceeded to clean my floors *by hand*. He repaired our laminate flooring with such expertise and was extremely kind and courteous the entire time. He even went an extra mile to repair a screen door latch that wasn't even part of the job!
