Very satisfied with my new Roof. Service was great and salesman was very knowledgeable. Took time to explain the entire process.

I mirror the other reviews in stating that communication from this company is severely lacking. My initial contact with this company was through Angelo who came to give me an estimate on my roofing project. He was fantastic in explaining the whole project to me and was very specific with me in terms of timelines; permits, installation, tile ordering and inspections. When it came to tile ordering, he told me that typically that is the longest part of the process because oftentimes the tile company is on back order and it can take over 8-10 weeks for the tile to arrive after being ordered. He assured me that ABC, being the prestigious company they are and for having the volume of work that they have, had some pull with the title company and would probably take more like 6-8 weeks tops to get the tile. After I signed the contract and provided a deposit to at least start the tile order to get that out of the way A.S.A.P, Angelo, who was my main contact, had a family emergency and was no longer handling my project. Things went downhill from there. The tile was supposed to have been ordered in June but did not happen until late September. After all, was said and done, my roof was finally replaced in late November. Little to no communication by the person that took over, Alexandra A. or her supervisor Matt L... They even tried to ask for more money in the end for extra wood that was required for the roof when it was clearly stipulated in our contract I had unlimited wood covered for the roof. Long story short, if you can go elsewhere for your roofing needs, do so. The roof, in the end, was done correctly, but it would have been the same with any other roofing company as they pretty much all use the same crews. ABC has atrocious communication and very poor customer service. Steer clear.

I hired American Building Contractors Insurance Restoration Services, Inc. to tear off the old roof in June and put a new roof on, the work I am not satisfied with, there are broken tiles, the tiles are scratched up and beat up, the mortar was not applied correctly and I can not seam to get them back to fix it,

ABC is great at negotiating with the insurance company. They took care of this hassle for us-a great load off our shoulders. ABC falls short in their communication and quality. Months would go by with no communication and then-surprise! workers are tearing off the roof today and I can't get in my driveway. Also, the quality of the work was not as good as the original tile roof. The cement on the ridge lines was sloppily applied and not properly wiped clean. It just looks a bit untidy compared to the original roof.

Hurricane Irma damage. Love the look and quality of new roof. A twelve month frustrating process. Lack of communication. Hard workers installing roof. Kudos to Billy Landon for resolving several issues!

We were not quoted a true contract agreement until we went to pay the last payment. They increased it by $3100 without our knowledge until we went to refinance and find a lien. Communication has a lot to be desired from the main office in MN to the Naples, FL office, too many clerical errors. We have talked with over 6 people who give different attitudes toward this situation. Also, they need to come back to re-repair our roof as their are several errors.

The crew that did the work did a great job. The management did not communicate well with us. Did not return phone calls in a timely matter. Did not provided us a complete agreement until the end of the project when questions arouse. Ended up having to message the owner on Facebook to get problems answered The service consultant did not inform the office that we requested plywood instead of OSB .

did repair and took pictures of areas in need of repair, actually stated new roof needed, which i knew. Stated i could probably get by for a year. Very nice and very professional.

Very quick, efficient work! Jericho was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He identified and fixed some additional repair spots that we hadn't noticed previously, and also suggested ways of preventing the problem (woodpecker damage) going forward.

The repair was quick, effective, and half the cost of an estimate we received from another company. The service tech explained that the repair he did on our roof/siding was what he would do on his own home. We are very happy with the results.

The service technician arrived a few minutes early, checked out roof and took pictures of the damage. He repaired the damage in a timely manner, showed picture of finished repair. He was friendly and explained things well, all in all a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend this company.

The service technician was running a little late & he called head to let me know. Actually, he ended up being only 10 minutes late. A piece of siding had flown off from the wind. It only took him a few minutes to put it back up and then we also went around the house and roof to nail down anything else that was loose. I am very pleased and would recommend this company.
