"Dear Mr. [Member Name Removed], I am very sorry to hear about your experience. I am not sure what prompted this most recent review because it looks like the completion date was in 2012. I have pulled up our past and current Customer database to review and to see if we have a contact log regarding your damage claims and concerns. After review, I cannot find your name or address in our database so I am not sure if it is under another name or if you are possibly confusing us with another location (there is a company out there that changed their name to something very similar to ours). After the false start of not responding to my initial phone call, within 24 hours of writing my "F" review, the owner called and apologized profusely We scheduled an in-home estimate for services.
The move was scheduled for packing and loading on July 8, with unloading on the 9th. The original time estimate for the packing was off, so a third crew was sent. The packing and loading was completed on the 8th (though a little late, but it was completed).
They arrived at my new home promptly on the 9th and unloaded in record time. There were a few minor glitches, but when brought to their attention, the matters were rectified quickly. This move required two trucks and five men, so the fact that it went smoothly overall is amazing.
Everyone I have dealt with has been professional, polite and pleasant.
I have already recommended them to three other people and will continue to do so when asked.
