I asked Ken to make the repairs right after getting the estimate. I'm generally pleased with the work, although I would have preferred to have a better match with the shingles. We haven't had a significant storm with rain AND wind, so I can't really evaluate how well the repair worked. I'm confident that everything will be fine.

Do not really know about quality, I will wait to determine if it still leaks......Ken was on time and got the job done. Certainly would recommend him.

The repair I needed was not for slate roof, but for metal roof of Florida Room. I immediately received a call from Ken and he was at my home within the hour to give me an estimate. He began repair the next day, delayed by rain, but continued the following day. This was a few days prior to tropical storm Isaac and during storm and after, I've had no leaks. My wife was absolutely panicking. Ken called me through Service Magic and I explained the problem. I told him due to having two large balconies it maybe a very complex problem.
