ALL CREATURES VETERINARY CLNC

We were referred to a specialist vet in Apopka Fl so we set appt for May 3 2016 @ 5pm. We are having same complaint with our cat has not passed BM. He felt his stomach and went to view other vets X-ray and the disc was blank. They gave us a blank disc. Could not call them was after hours. He had to do another X-ray and the foreign matter had passed thru his system and he had a large stool that needed to b passed, so he gave him a med to help him go and sent us home with more med for 4 days. Will never know what he ingested but will watch him for any symptoms of lead poisoning. Went back to All Creatures because we felt we deserved a reimbursement for their X-ray. The office manager was rude and very disrespectful to us and said under no circumstance would we get a refund. No apology for blank X-ray either. Mad that I took Vincent there, was a waste of 391.00.

I have a 15 year old cat that hates all vets and becomes a wild cat when I take him into the examination room. I have taken him to many different vets throughout his life and all of them have required that I drop him off and leave him for several hours while they sedated him prior to performing any examination or just trimming his claws. It cost over $100 to get his claws trimmed.
Yesterday, I took my cat to All Creatures and to my surprise, the vet and her assistant at All Creatures handled my cat expertly without giving him a sedative while I watched the examination, blood withdrawal, and claw trimming. The process took only about 15-20 minutes and I didn't have to pay to have him sedated. These people were professionals who were genuinely concerned about his welfare and did not attempt to sell unneeded services or products. I will not take my cat anywhere else from this point forward!

From the moment we walked in we were welcomed. The technician took us in the room, explained everything that was going to be done and patiently explained the post care instructions. They are very friendly and professional. Luna (my pup) loves to go there!!!! Keep up the excellent work.

DR HARTY MADE ME AN APPT TO HAVE IT REMOVED. IT WAS NOT CANCER. SHE CECKED ALL MY DOG'S TEETH, AND CLEANED THEM AND REMOVED ONE THAT WAS BAD. TOOK ALL HER SKIN TAGS OFF, THOSE LITTLE LUMPS OF SKIN COCKERS GET WHEN THEY GET OLD. SHE KNEW HOW FRANTIC I WAS, AND MADE ME FEAL AT EASE. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS VET. IF YOU EVER GO TO HER, YOU'LL SEE WHAT I MEAN. SHE WORKS AT ALOT OF OFFICES, SO YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR HER SPECIFICALLY.
