A Creative Touch

I started this project in August and she said she would be done in October. Now it is January and it is still not done.  I keep getting the run around about when it will be completed and she will not even answer the certified letters I've sent.

I called several (5) cabinet makers in the Daytona Beach/New Smyrna Beach area and Kim at Creative Touch was the only one to return my call and send Nick to assess the job at no charge.  They ordered the appropriate light and installed it.  What made this job a challenge was the way the custom cabinets were installed and it was time-consuming to thread the light wire down through the space in the wall.  Nick was patient and got it done!

I just bought my house and for some reason, at some point in time, someone thought Formica that looked like brown and black granite was a good idea. I really didn't like those dismal colors and wanted to cover it up with a light colored laminate. Carol in the showroom worked with me as I looked at both solid surface replacement counter tops and laminate to recover the existing counter tops. She was extremely diligent in tracking down some of my choices that had been discontinued. Ultimately I decided on a current laminate. The order was placed and filled quickly and the installation scheduled promptly. The crew that came to my house did an amazing job and I couldn't be more pleased. If I ever remodel a kitchen, this is the only place I will go. Excellent service and outstanding work!
