Completed several jobs exceeding expectations on all, including bathroom remodeling, ceiling repair, and front entrance resurfacing. Good communication and patience. The job was finished quickly and if I did need to do something similar I would request Carlos S - he is the best. We needed some extra hand grips installed since we are up in years - no problem. Recently stayed at a high end Disney resort and the bathroom was almost the same.

On the first day of the job, no one showed up to work and I wasn't notified. I phoned the company and was told of a 3-day delay. When I ordered my kitchen to be refaced, the project was to take 4 days. It took 14 days. Upon completion of my kitchen, one of the installed fillers was too small for the space. The installer said he couldn't do better, but then the owner said he would have him call me about changing the filler. No one ever called and I got tired of running after them.

Vittorium Design did a great job remodeling our bathroom! They were very professional, responsive and detailed. Janina communicated very well with me from start to finish. Carlos did a great job, he was very detailed and did high quality work. He even cleaned up after himself. We are very happy with the work they did. Out of all the companies we quoted with they were the most responsive and had very reasonable rates.

Terrible experience. Jose, the owner, said it would take 6 wks when it took 4 1/2 months. When you try to contact him, his mailbox is full, he doesn't answer texts, and his office rarely answer your phone. The only time Jose moves fast is when a check is due. Ronaldo did a very good job BUT many times said he would come the next day but not show up or call so you waste a day.

I did not see any terrible experience on his side: we always answered the phone, we keep him informed of everything. we were there working any time was posible to work. I feel proud of this bathroom remodel. He forgot to say that the Bathroom Remodel Result is EXCELLENT, the Bathroom now is WELL DONE, BEAUTIFUL. he also said 4 months to complete the project. it was not 4 months. he forgot that we needed to approve permit before starting the project and the city had many projects before us, also he traveled out of the city twice during remodeling and we had to stop working, and our workers could not sit down and wait. they had to do something else while he came back. again Mr [Member Name Removed] and his wife are adorable and the Bathroom Came up Very Very BEAUTIFUL with EXCELLENT FINISH..."

Upon the suggestion of a Friend, I visited Vittorium Design 2 month ago. Truthfully, I was a bit hesitant as I thought it was very reasonable according for our kitchen remodel budget. From the moment we stepped in the door, my wife and I were treated as Special customers. Everyone from the front desk receptionist to Jose the owner and Leah the office manager. Jose and Leah both spent a lot of time listening to our ideas and parameters and showing us possibilities based on the information we provided. We never felt high pressure as they understood we were in the beginning part of our process and that we have budget limitations. I would definitely recommend Vittorium Design to friends who are thinking on a kitchen or bath remodel. My new Kitchen is AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL AND GOOD QUALITY. My Dream Kitchen

The Vittorium guys did an excellent job and finished in less time than expected. Not to mention that the price was much less than other companies. My neighbors have complimented me on how nice the job looks and some of them have requested Vittorium to do work on their driveways. I am planning to do more work on my pool deck and will definitely use Vittorium.

Jose and his team did a great job on our Kitchen. We originally wanted to Reface the kitchen, but he showed us beautiful kitchen cabinets combined with counter top and we are happy we went that direction instead. The price was reasonable and he fit us in to the time frame we needed. We would definitely recommend Vittorium Design and will be using them again to do more work in our home.
