"[member name removed] and I exchanges several emails trying to set up an estimate that accommodated the both of us. After finally reaching a date and a time that I was supposed to meet [member name removed]I was stricken with food poisoning the morning of. I was actually at the Dr. Office receiving I.V. for dehydration when I had my secretary email [member name removed]to notify him that I would not be able to make the estimate and if we could re schedule. I don't Know how [member name removed] could write something like this under these circumstances. Its not like we just didn't show up without no notice. I'm sorry for him feeling that way but it was out of my control. I take great PRIDE in taking care of all my Angie's list customers like family as our reviews show. I would be more then happy to re schedule our appt but [member name removed] never replied to my email."
The only thing that I was not happy was that after getting the quote from him, he did not honor the 10% Angie's List Discount claiming that type of discount was for jobs over $5,000, which the coupon does not mention.

a long time to complete, but there was a lot to do involving moving many electrical outlets, plumbing pipes and drains for both
the tub and shower areas, and custom cabinetry to install the vanities which consisted of around 20 individual parts.
We were on vacation when most of the bathroom was completed, but when we returned, most everything was completed in the normal professional and high quality manner. The bathroom is stunning and reflects the high standard of workmanship that we have grown to expect from Anthony.

Excellent. Started on time, finished on time.
Anthony answered all of my phone calls promptly.
Anthony assisted greatly in recommending the proper tile type and size to fit properly within our home. He recommended matte finish for easy maintenance, rather than polished tile. He recommended a tile which did not require a mud bed because we did not want to increase the height of our floor, to approximate height at floor for our sliding doors and existing cabinets and dishwasher. Without Anthony's advice, I very possibly would have selected the wrong tile.
His price for installation was competitive with another estimate. My amount spent listed in this review, includes both installation and tile.
After my husband and I spent a long time trying to find tile, Anthony gave me the name of a supplier who had the style we liked and needed.
His team of 4 arrived on time. They protected my cabinets with cardboard, and air handler and ceiling fans with plastic.
They moved furniture to the patio, out of the way, so that they could accomplish the job in a timely manner. The job was done in about half the time I had expected, and looks great. The guys were also very polite.
My only complaint is that they left a little dust and debri on the garage floor day last day. The sofas and chairs could have been a litter better protected from dust, but dust is to be expected with this type of job.
Anthony also advised to upgrade my baseboard to 5 1/4. He recommended an installer who did a great job of purchasing, installing and preparing the baseboard for painting. So now, after painting was done (not included) the tile half of house looks very updated!
"The member repeatedly lied to us about starting the job and made us come over numerous times at no charge to her just for our experience and to give her ideas about doing the job. We had numerous start dates from her that she couldnt hold because of numerous excuses all the time . we stated to her that we would hold the tile in our warehouse for a non returnable deposit of 500.00 storage fee if she decided that for some reason she could not do the job.We held it for over 4-5 months We spent over $200.00-300.00 in cell phone bills from her calling us or us returning her call either in NY or Califonia at no charge to her in that period of time. The member did nothing but string us along for all that time breaking installation dates time after time. And the only thing we got out of it was the warehouse bill of 500.00 to hold her material. We released all material to her when we finally agreed to part ways."
