It went very well. They were efficient and cleaned up afterward. I would recommend them.

It really is just an inspection of your system. There is not maintenance involved. Tech was nice and professional, but this was a big waste of money.

Reported coils dirty. Asked if they cleaned they said no we are here only to inspect and report. Per advertising on Angie's List stated "Air conditioner cleaning and inspection includes 21 point inspection." Isn't cleaning the coils part of cleaning?

They were very dependable, reliable, and they did a good job.

It went very well, but the jury is out on the duct cleaning; yet to be seen how thorough a job was done. Prior to the duct cleaning, ventilation was quite dusty and I will see how much dust is coming from the system over time. Very professional and courteous crew.

It was okay. The guys who came here were very nice. The first time they came here, they didn't bring a ladder that could reach the roof so they had to come some other time, but it was okay. From one to ten, I give them a seven. It took some time to call them. The first time, they didn't show up. The second time, they didn't bring a ladder. The third time, they had to reschedule because of the hurricane, and then they finally came last week. I think it's a regular price. I had some other offers and they were cheaper, but I wanted to try Angie's List. I might use them again. But if I use them again, I have to be clear about what I'm expecting them to do.

So far, it has been good. They did a good job. They completed the job we requested. We don't have any problems. So far, they've been good.
