I googled for a Rolladen electric shutter repair person and Suncoast Awning abd Shutters came up. The actual Rolladen company was of no use. I scheduled an appointment with Suncoast and Sal and James came out and were awesome. They repaired the shutter timer for a lot less than I was quoted from the Rolladen people. Very professional!

Suncoast Awning and Shutter service was what you WISH you had when you need specialized pro help with any project. They were fantastic from the beginning to the completion of our hurricane shutter repair. They staying in contact, all staff were very very pleasant to work with (on the phone and in person), informed us of what to expect, called when they’re on they’re way and came on time. The work was done with the highest quality and we could not be more pleased. We were educated on how to best operated and take care the of the accordion shutters. They were indeed top notch experts and very nice to work with. The service price was reasonable and well worth it for our five shutters. We will call them for future maintenance and would without hesitation highly recommend them to anyone. Very pleased!

The silicone spray dripped on my brick pavers. I called to inquiry on how to clean. The owner indicated the tech would call me back. Never did.

"cliff, the lubrication spray will come off with rain and regular sunshine. the reason it dripped is because we do an extremely thorough job when servicing your shutters! it is not permanent! I ex plained that to you on the phone when we spoke."

They were timely and showed up when they said. I would be careful to get a second opinion because they were expensive and charged a $195 service charge which was added to the bill when they did the service. They also said they took American Express but I had to ask for them not to charge a service charge for using the card. The workers were kind and friendly. cleaned up the job. I just felt they charged me a lot for the repair.

"Adele, we would like to let you know that we are not the only company that charges a service charge. every hurricane shutter company charges a service charge. As far as the fee goes for your credit card, we don't charge that fee. The bank does, and I was kind enough to wave the 39.99 fee for you which I did! I also gave you the option of paying with a check so you would not have the fee which you yourself declined. we are a five-star company on Home Advisor and we have all 5 Star reviews you are the first review ever to leave such negative comments about our company. we are an honest company and we pride ourselves on that!"
