The installation started today. General contractor, Adam, and his team arrived on time. They behaved professionally and were able to face some difficulties presented during the installation. So far everything has been as promised. The company's Quality Assurance Director, Ken, has been in contact with us several times, prior and on the installation day. He has been diligent making sure we have all the information and contact numbers we need. We are looking forward to see our project finished soon !!

LockTight Impact Window.. Post From start to finish everything they said was honest and on point. I had 3 different window companies come out and give me a price. I went with Lock Tight. Timelines and expectations were all dead on. From the day I ordered the windows to installation was about 2 months. Bill won me over with sales and Ken the director of opps who oversees the project manager was always available with any questions. My windows and sliders were installed within 2 days and I couldn't be happier. Our home is basically soundproof. My dogs can't even hear the mailman or UPS dropping off packages.
