Lock Tight Impact Windows and Doors, Inc.

I am having a bad experience with this company. The presentation was great and the price quoted to me was good. But the service is horrible. I began my process May 31, 2021. I paid $5000 upfront and did not hear a word from them until I called on Sept. 2nd. Not good customer service at all. This is bad business and I would not recommend them to anyone if this is how they do business. I read the reviews and this is not the case for me. Feeling frustrated.

I had a few estimates, and in the end they were close in price. These guys were far more informative and helpful with recommendations, pros and cons, etc. I had far more information with these guys then any of the others combined. They clearly one knew their stuff.

The hurricane/impact window and door installation done by Lock Tight was extensive. I had workmen at my home for 4 days. Joele, the project manager, and his crew, Martin, Johnny, Jelsi, Francisco, and Elder did an impeccable job demonstrating beautiful craftsmanship. This was a BIG decision. I did a great deal of research and requested quite a number of estimates from different companies; in the end I chose Lock Tight. From the initial visit from Larry Minix , who began the process, to Shevin Goodman, owner of Lock Tight, who sealed the deal, the process of getting all new windows and doors was a joy. Thatâ s saying a lot coming from me, as Iâ m quite a fussy customer.
