The installation started today. General contractor, Adam, and his team arrived on time. They behaved professionally and were able to face some difficulties presented during the installation. So far everything has been as promised. The company's Quality Assurance Director, Ken, has been in contact with us several times, prior and on the installation day. He has been diligent making sure we have all the information and contact numbers we need. We are looking forward to see our project finished soon !!

What a pleasure to do business with Lock Tight. From the salesman to the window installers and the office staff, everyone has been very professional, informative, and on top of the project. Installers arrived on time and were very helpful and hard working. When the job was started several managers showed up on site to make sure everything was going smoothly. The installers made sure everything was covered so that the dust would be less and floors were also covered. I would highly recommend this company, they have knowledge and truly care.

While the project took longer than expected, the Lock tight staff worked through the difficulties and addressed all our concerns and the needs of project.
