l absolutely love my new windows! And I have only good things to say about this company. What I loved most was their excellent customer service. From the start of my contact with them, they would always reach out whether by email or phone and let me know who to contact for what and gave me names and contact info. I didn't have to call and get the awful computer voice telling me my hold time is 20 minutes and push that button or this button. The guys on the job were like well oiled machines. Did their job efficiently and worked as a team. We are thinking about getting a roof estimate in the future and I will certainly contact Lock Tight once we are ready.

Lock tight has met my needs as a busy individual. They told me what they needed from me, and I provided. Once you do that this company breaks the record of getting things done. No time wasted in communicating with the proper agencies, including your HOA's. Before I knew it, my windows were ready for installation. I'd like to mention how organized and their efforts to not make your home so messy. They tape off walls, and take the effort to cover your furniture to prevent extensive dust. Hello, when looking for a company to install impact window and doors. You need to hire nothing but the best !!! When I was looking around I had knew I needed a company that could handle my busy life style and work life. From the sales appointment, til the End of my install. By far the Rocked! The install team was awesome, and helpful, and very trust worthy while I worked during the day! The office always kept me on the loop on progress and what was next. Any questions there where able to answer in a flash with either a call or a email! To wrap this upâ ¦.. They cleaned up the best way they can, and remember there will be minor dust due to them covering as best they can. Recommend to have your AC off while they work, and purchase 3-4 filters to not damage your AC inside unit with dust. Have a mop, vacuum and great mop soap. Vacuum first, and then mop, mop, mop and wipe stuff down. Check your yard for minor item such as glass, screws, and any debris from the demo work. These guys work fast and clean as possible by far. This is my second impact job Iâ  ve done. A this company by far killed it! Thank you Impact Window Team! Recommend you always! Would recommend getting the windows with Aragon gas in them. Helps with areas with a lot of sunlight. This company also is by far the most trustworthy company. Iâ  ve worked with in all my life. No worries at all.
