Their sales team can answer any and all questions, perfectly explain their product line, and the entire process from start to finish. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent! We contracted just a few weeks ago and over the past three days Lock Tight installation crew installed all 13 windows and doors very efficiently. Yesterday the job was completed with a very helpful cleanup that brought our home back in order. Now we will wait for the Palm Beach County inspections but am confident we will pass with flying colors. Lock Tight filed team including Project Manager was extremely helpful and even when above and beyond to go with me to Home Depot to purchase the right type of French door lock sets.
