They were easy to deal with. The staff took care of everything. The workers showed up on time, introduced themselves and worked very hard all day. We were amazed how much was done. They covered and taped off every thing and cleaned up when they left.

I was very impressed with the work done by Lock Tight Impact windows!!! The guys were amazing, very professional and did the work in 2 days (17 windows and the front door - which looked amazing - specially at night!). They covered the furniture with plastic to protect it from the dust and debris. After the first day the crew cleaned up and informed me of their progress and let me know that they will finished the job the next day. This is a vastly reputable company that truly knows roofing. My flat roof was done incorrectly 7 years ago (by another company) and I have been dealing with leaks and buckets since then. That previous company went out of business. And they deserve so. When I found LockTight Impact, which came highly recommended by many customer friends, I was relieved to learn the intricate technology involved in the material and installation. The warranty covers for 15 years! Installation was very clean, professional and literally done in ONE day. Inspector approved without any violations. Iâ m so happy I got this done and ironically, the day after installation, we had torrential rain which miraculously proved NO leaks! Absolutely amazing, as it should be. Hire this company without any hesitation.
