As a busy mom of three, I was impressed with how seamless the installation process was. The company communicated clearly at every step, and the follow-up to ensure everything was to my satisfaction was a nice touch. The impact windows look fantastic and give me peace of mind during storm season. Five stars all the way!

We contracted for the installation of a tile roof, and even before they finished their work there were leaks in 3 different areas of the house. On top of that, they considered fixing the damage caused by the leaks a "courtesy". Someone from their company came and tried to patch the damaged area but it did not do any good since water stains are still very visible. At this point we'll have to hire a painter at our own expense the fix the damage. Also their customer service is very poor due an employee that tends to use sarcasm in responding to emails.

The crew the came to my house was very professional, detail oriented and organized they left everything very clean.

The process, although daunting because we are in a homeownerâ s association, was presented step- by-step with all of the LockTight staff. Great company. Their installation team arrived on time and went to work immediately. Their process was impressive and all windows and doors were installed in three days. The company even had a foreman on site for the job. Once the inspections were completed a company representative came to correct any issues and then complete all the finish work, which was done very professionally. I am delighted that I chose Lock Tight Impact Windows & Doors to manufacture and install my new impact windows. The service was great and the price was right,. Dealing with everyone there was a pleasure. They treated me as a valued customer and really went out of their way to make this a non stressful experience. They handled everything such as getting the HOA approval, the permit from the city, and the final inspection from the city. They covered all my furniture to make sure there was no damage and cleaned up everything when the job was done. Overall, I am very pleased with the end result of my new hurricane impact windows. The crew that did the install were meticulous and careful to not damage anything. The service team (Ralph and Bruce) just finished today and took care of all the final touches. Iâ d recommend LockTight for your hurricane impact needs (doors and windows). The only thing to be mindful of is the 3 panel sliding glass doors - they do not come with screens. This was very disappointing because if I had known that at the time of writing up the order with the sales guy, I would have chosen the sliding doors that do have screens.

They came out gave us a great price and handled every aspect of the job from pulling permits and dealing with HOA there was never a problem with any of this. They kept us informed while the windows were being manufactured and the instalers well very professional the windowns were all installed in one day. the covered everthing in my house and cleaned up when they were finished. it looked like they were never here. I highly recomend this company. all I had to do was rite a check when the job was done. my house is much safer more energery efficient and quite. If want a great job please call them

My wife and I did a lot of searching to find an impact windows and doors company that was affordable until my sister in-law recommended us Lock Tight. From our initial meeting with Paul, we knew this was the company. Paul was thorough in explaining how the whole process would go from start to permitting to final inspection. We got emails and phone calls letting us know of the progress in manufacturing and permit status. Everyone we spoke with was super friendly and answered all our concerns and everything was on time.
