The entire process was super easy from start to finish. Trevor came to our home for an estimate, answered all of our questions, kept us updated and informed. Jason and his crew, who installed all windows and doors, were absolutely top notch. Everyone was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional.

The delivery of goods went without a hitch and work began within a few days of the material arrival. the only delays were due to inspection and weather, The workers were very professional and advised of any issues or possible delays. Here's a new review for Locktight as this is the second project they have done at my home. The first one was to install a new front door and this time they were contracted to install a new roof on my property. As before, they took care of all the permits with the City and my 2 HOAs and also the inspections. The project was delayed as there was an issue with our main HOA not accepting to give us the green light to start working. Locktight was great to support me all the way and did all they had to do to get the go ahead from the HOA. They went above and beyond on helping me with the issue and did a great job on my property. I highly recommend them for any home improvement project. This new roof makes my house look brand new. I am so glad I came across this company.

They took care of all permits with the City and HOA, were with me all the way, including a huge block that our HOA was causing to our project. Despite the many barriers that were put by the HOA, they came through, got the approvals and started the project as projected. Working with Locktight was a great experience. I did my due diligence and they had by far the best pricing in the market and the customer reviews were outstanding. They took care of all permits and even took care of an incident we had with my HOA that delayed our project for a couple of months but at the end it all came through. Communication with their team of experts was a key factor during these hard times. They finalized the project and their quality assurance staff were with me all the way with constant updates and quick answers to all my questions. Lock-tight Windows and Doors is an exceptional company, we contracted them to replace our windows, doors, and 3 garage doors with impact with 7/16â low E tinted glass. We found a few discrepancies with our signed contract due to the writer's mistakes. They immediately addressed these concerns and issues and worked with us to correct them to our satisfaction. I recommend you have Lock-Tight Windows and Doors come and give you an estimate, they beat every other company that gave an estimate including our garage doors. One-stop company.

We contracted for the installation of a tile roof, and even before they finished their work there were leaks in 3 different areas of the house. On top of that, they considered fixing the damage caused by the leaks a "courtesy". Someone from their company came and tried to patch the damaged area but it did not do any good since water stains are still very visible. At this point we'll have to hire a painter at our own expense the fix the damage. Also their customer service is very poor due an employee that tends to use sarcasm in responding to emails.
