Making the decision of which company to choose to replace the entire house with impact windows and doors was not an easy decision, since it has been a very large project. but Locktight from the first day of the sales visit and then the coordination for the execution of the work, it has been an excellent service. I have been pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the employees, the way they work, and the quality and speed. Not to mention that there was always constant communication of each step of the project. We are extremely happy to having chosen Locktight for our big project. LockTight put in a great product at a fair price. There were some definite issues we had, including issues with cutting anchors for dorrs that weren't supposed to be cut. I can definitely say they worked to resolve them and they should be commended for working to get it done. A large company as them can be an advantage. I can definitely do without Jeff though. He's not so nice on the phone.
