I wanted to share my experience with Locktight Windows and Doors if you are considering replacing your windows and doors. From the beginning to the end, their service has been exceptional, making the process seamless and stress-free. They handle everything, including permits, HOA approvals, and final inspections. I humorously noted that the only effort required from you is signing the contract and writing the checks. The installation team was simply fabulous. They ensured that the removal and installation processes caused the least amount of disruption possible. Additionally, they were extremely diligent in taking care of the property, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free.. Given my positive experience, I wouldnâ t hesitate for a moment to highly recommend Locktight Windows and Doors for their outstanding service and impeccable installation quality.

Waited for years until we found a company that offered an impact window that preserved our 111" x 63" picture window opening. LockTight was the only company (out of 20+ companies) that offered and was able to keep the opening as one window with 2 project out windows below. Many of our neighbors in Hollywood with similar openings had to resort to 3 panes to accommodate the opening. All windows n doors were delivered a few days before the job started which allowed crews to start promptly at the scheduled time. (All showed up on time) From the sales person, the on-site crews, project manager, scheduler, to the manager all were polite, respectful of property and kept us informed of appts. & when crews n inspector were arriving. Crews enclosed openings to reduce dust to other parts of home. Floors were covered with paper. Some crews were better than others as far as caulking. Crews cleaned up at the end of each day. Ralph made sure all was up to par on the day of inspection. Great job.

They came early and removed the existing shingles. They I stalled the underlayment the same day. Now waiting on the inspection. Satisfied with the work done so far.

We had 14 windows, 2 doors and a slider installed by LockTight window and doors. The entire Team was great from our sales person, to the office people, to the installation Team. The installation took 2 days and the installation Team was amazing they only did 1 opening at a time. The project took 2 days and they worked efficiently and clean. They took all the debris with them each day. They informed us throughout the entire process and everyone was very knowledgeable.

LockTight did a phenomenal job on my roof installation, they made sure the area was properly kept clean from nails and debris everything was handled professionally. From the sales rep Santiago to the roof installers. I recommend LockTight for any of the three services they provide.
