The LockTight team got the job done, and they did it efficiently and on time. The job was completed ✔️ in 3 days. The customer service part can be fine tone somewhat to include outside area usage of our space as a home owner and any adjacent space not belonging to the homeowner, otherwise, the team did a great job. Lastly, attention should be given to homeowners windows being opened to the outside, more covering of those window openings, should be closed to the outside while workers are removing other old windows from their homes. The experience with Locktight has been very pleasant. It started with an excellent sales person, Juan Camilo, who went out of his way, not only to provide me the best solution but also the best price. After the set amount of weeks they promised to deliver, a huge crew came to my house. They put plastic to cover all areas and prevent dust. House looks amazing.

I can’t say enough about LockTight, they went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered before they started on my windows and doors. They were careful while working not to damage anything surrounding the windows and doors, even though some of the space given to them was not the ample. They always cleaned up after themselves after each day. They also had me test each and every door to make sure I was satisfied with them and walked me through proper operation of the windows as well. We found LockTight searching on the internet. They sent someone out to show us their products and options and he was great. They took care of everything, of course with the association and permits it took some time. There were some issues with some of the windows but they are taking care of that. I know in general this whole impact windows installation can be a bit stressing but I feel confident they will continue to make sure we are happy with the final result.
