Do not use Lock Tight, please search for real reviews. Billy Judd will call you on the first day of installation to offer you $250 for positive reviews on selected websites like this one. They make you go through a link that filters out any honest reviews. Please wait till the work is completed to review them, you will be surprised at how disorganized they are. It took more than 7 months from signing the contract to complete three sliding doors and a small window. Everything they promised along the way was inaccurate, we didn?t even pass inspection from the city which means, of course, they didn?t know what they were doing. They submitted incomplete paperwork to the HOA. The installers didn?t even have plastic sheets to cover anything from dust! Plus their caulking work was unprofessional. Jeff was completely unhelpful and according to him he is the boss of the installation manager that was helping me. Search for real reviews from Yelp and avoid this company.

They were very professional from the sales rep to the installers. They come highly recommended and I am looking forward to doing more projects with them in the near future!

Everything about this process was quick: from the sales rep coming to our home and showing us samples of glass, to them putting the actual windows and doors in. The longest part was our HOA accepting the upgrade. All in all, this was fast quality work. Only took 2 days for install of 10 LARGE windows and 2 LARGE doors/sidelites.
