Hired Lock Tight to replace my windows and doors. Hurricane impact windows are extremely important in Florida, given the state's vulnerability to hurricanes and severe storms. The team helped me choose the best windows for my home and gave me advice on energy efficiency. I’m extremely impressed with the team's professionalism – the communication has been great, and both the team in the office and on the job site (my home) have gone above and beyond to keep us on track, ensuring that I have the least amount of disruption. Very impressed with the work so far and would recommend them to anyone considering a project of this magnitude.

Overall, very positive experience from start to finish with Lock Tight. I had three hurricane impact windows and a sliding glass door installed and I am very happy with the outcome. There is one window that was not ordered correctly (needs to be single hung vs horizontal) and they immediately acknowledged that and will be replacing that window at no charge to me. My neighbor recommended them to me and I am happy that I went with them. Great quality materials and very happy with how they turned out. They installed them the same day and were in and out within 6-7 hours.

The roof replacement went smooth and they did a clean Job. No nails everywhere And trash blowing in the wind! Would recommend !

I was told that it 3to 5 to complete but it was just a fue hrs they started working about 8:30 9:00 am . By 1:30 pm they were finished they tape off all areas/cover all furniture and remove all debris in the same time frame I was amazed to see they pull of work in such a short time great crew 😆👍👋👌
