Lock Tight Impact Windows and Doors, Inc.

A friend had her impact windows installed and asked her for the referral. Lock Tight came to our home and gave us a good quote. Reasonable price! It took 11 months to get our windows. That was a looong wait. Anyhow, once the windows came in, the installers (Wesley crew) punctually arrived. Those men were trustworthy and hardworking! They were awesome. Next was the city inspection with Brian & Jorge. The inspection went smooth and Brian & Jorge performed the wrap up. Highly recommend this company to my neighbors because I was quite content with the pricing, quality of windows, installation and the final wrap up. Will use them again when purchasing our next property. My home looks fantastic and very glad we installed impact windows and slider.

This review is specifically for the 4 reps from the Service Department. They are Adam, Armando, Danny, and Steve. I had a few problems that were still unfinished after the inspection. I first have to say that they all have an excellent attitude and are very courteous. They went above and beyond to touch up and adjust my patio door. I have to say that these problems were hanging for a long time since the other rep and the management did not want to finish the unfinished job. In a few hours, they fixed all of my issues and management could be done this a long time ago but they choose to give up. So far, these 4 men are the only gem in this company.

Despite issues we are still dealing with due to pandemic Lock tight was able To get the job done my townhome looks great with the new windows Iâ ll definitely be referring to all my neighbors.

Today, Brian Franklin came by to assess the installation and prepare for final steps. He was professional, courteous, and explained in an easily understood way what needs to be completed.

I would like to mention Steve S from the Service Department. Today he did all the final details on my windows and doors. Steve was efficient and friendly. He worked very efficiently and was very informative as to the work he was doing. Steve is truly an asset to your organization. Michelle G

I had them install impact windows and doors on my business store front. Despite some delays due to pandemic the wait was worth it. I would recommend Locktight to anyone. I contracted Lock Tight Impact Windows and Doors to replace all of the windows and doors in my home. I had a work crew here that did a phenomenal job last year in February. There were a few things that needed fixing and adjusting. The last of those items was taken care of today by Shawn and Steve. M. This is the second time that these personable and professional technicians came to do punch out work at my home. This last adjustment was taken care of to my satisfaction. Lock Tight is fortunate to have these guys on their team, and I was fortunate to have them working at my home.

Lock Tight gave me the best price for my storm windows. The workers were very polite and helpful. When I had an issue with a window they booked an appointment to come out that week.

It took close to a year because of the supply issue however they made sure that i am aware of the status. Overall it was very good experience and they made sure that county approves it and do a final touchup on the paint. Special thanks to Adam and Maurice from LockTight
