In relation to my dealings with Lock Tight and their processes for installation. I would like to express my thanks and gratitude to Mr. Cary Rubin for his Outstanding customer service, problem solving skills, and devotion to the customer and Lock Tight itself. I was in the process of cancelling my business with Lock Tight until Mr. Rubin came into the picture. Mr. Rubin made contact with me after I had called to cancel and complain. He was very tentative to my issues and concerns. He assured me that he personally would look after my account, fix the issues, and run the job to completion. Mr. Rubin took his time to listen and understand the issues. He presented real resolutions and got the ball rolling on my installation. He worked selfishly to ensure all people (contractors, financing, schedulers, and more) were coordinated to a point of a well-oiled machine. His efforts made it so that my wife was happy and therefor I was happy in the progress that was being made. This in turn kept me as a customer of Lock Tight. The product itself: Part of my business was to have some windows and a door installed on my daughters condo as well. The door and windows sell themselves. My daughter and her husband immediate saw the effects of having the Lock Tight product installed. They have reduced their AC due to less need, the humidity (remember this is Florida) was reduced to the point of their dehumidifier not being activated, and the noise cancellation was extraordinary. Even in this part of my business dealings with Lock Tight, Mr. Rubin rose to the occasion and ENSURED a quality product and installation. I could not been more satisfied with Lock Tight process from sale, through installation, city inpection and project completion. The company took care of city permits, help with HOA approval and delivered high quality windows and doors quickly even with global supply chain challenges. Painting, detailing and fixing issues expected with this type of projects was quickly completed. The customer service after installation is the best, always available and open to get things done to make you happy!

I have had some great people work on the logistics side and with the installation of my sliding glass doors. We have run into difficulties that are out of anyoneâ s control, but the communication made the difference. I am waiting for inspection and final clean up to be completed, but canâ t see any issues there. I may add additional feedback once inspection and all final details are completed I have already referred a neighbor to use Locktight and may have additional referrals

After experiencing hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico I didnâ t want to go through that again. I purchased my new home here in south Florida and contracted lock tight for my new impact windows and doors. The product looks amazing and gave a whole new look to my home, especially with my entry door the design is such a beautiful touch. The new Windows and doors are absolutely wonderful in my new home.They open and close so easily and have a great air seal. Ità ¢à  à  s such an improvement over the old ones I had which required a lot of strength to operate and always felt like with the slightest wind would rattle and break. The two installers did an excellent job and the finishing team did an exceptional job. Thank you for making the entire process seamless from start to finish. I recently got my final inspection done for my window and door install. Everyone along the way communicated so efficiently and made sure I was in the loop. I am nothing short of amazed with this company! they truly took care of me and made sure everything was right. The team they have put together here is truly spectacular! The only bad thing is the wait time for my stuff to come in, but that is out of their control and I completely understand. Thank you again for a great experience!

Called Lock tight for a quote on impact windows and doors along with install. Was very pleased with customer service and timely responses. They were respectful and quick even though i made it clear i was shopping around for prices with multiple companies. I ended up going with Lock Tight and and currently waiting on product arrival due to COVID causing some supply chain delays. 10/10 would recommend, I can't imagine the install will go any differently.
