Our experience with LockTight has been very positive so far. Since we started to look for different companies to work with, quoted and received the visits of multiple sales reps, LockTight always stood up to us for their professionalism, from the sales reps coming to our house to the crews coming to take measurement, they always showed up in company attire or at least always identified with their employee ID's when at my door. Our lead time from signing a contract to installation was close to 4 months, we were not particularly desperate to get them done ASAP but we emphasized we would ideally like the windows to be in place prior the hurricane season. Throughout this time, I got casual follow ups from their team, telling me when our windows started to be produced and when they were in transit to us. Our installation took place around a week ago, I was prepared to have working crews in my house for at least 2 days, however the two crews here put on the 9 hour shifts and got my 8 windows and sliding door installed on the same day. During the installation besides the four men doing the work, a supervisor was on site at the beginning of the day organizing and directing the work, he explained to me what was expected during the day and what challenges they would face with some of the molding installed around my windows, how they will try to salvage it and what would they do if they broke it while removing the old windows. Luckily the installers were very professional and managed to work their way around that without any major damages. Throughout the day I was getting calls from their office, following up if I had any concerns or problems during the installation. The very next day on the AM a cleaning crew came to remove all the trash from the construction and all windows from my patio. Currently, a week later, I understand we are at the stage of waiting for the city inspectors to come and approve the installation so the internal sealing of the windows can take place and some minor repairs derived from the removal of the old windows. Overall we felt LockTight presented the best value proposal to us, given the quality of their materials, lead times and ease of all that entails having construction on the house, permitting, planning, etc. So far our engagement has been fantastic, I hope to come back for one final update once my windows have been sealed from the inside and we could conclude this project for good.

Locktight windows and door exceeded my expectations. The company and personal have been extremely helpful and very professional throughout the entire interaction. I was provided a quote by Rafael who was extremely helpful and helped us understand the different options of windows. They were even able to get my windows installed months sooner than we originally anticipated. The installation was more involved then I expected but I think the installers did a great job with everything and also took the time to clean up after themselves. I would highly recommend them for impact windows and would give more stars if I could.

Really great customer Service and professional installation. They work clean and always keep you in the loop of how the process should go. Even when i wasn't able to get the color that i want it due to the manufacture mistake mi order. They actually compensate me for the mistake even do it wasn't their fault.

Tear out and installation was done in day!

This is a incompetent company. Besides taking eight months to start the installation of my windows, the work is shoddy. I have had to finish the work they have started. They started my installation the week before Thanksgiving and they still have not completed the work (mid-January). I have left at least 5 messages with different people and no one returns calls. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company.

Shawn and Chase were great during their final inspection visit. Professional and courteous. After over 2 years waiting for my windows and doors to be finalized, it was nice to end on a good note. I recommend working with Shawn and Chase againâ Locktight is lucky to have them.

Very dissatisfied, it took 1 year and the job is still not finished. Company is very disorganized and long waits between schedules. I am not going to go into detail about the dumb things done. So no recommendations from me. Very unhappy!

My windows and doors are gorgeous, my house looks completely different, and Iâ ve received a lot of compliments from my neighbors. Our installers were efficient, especially the supervisor, MIKE MCMANUS, he was professional, quick, and nice, in other words, he was exceptional, and we loved working with him. Although there was a bit of a communication barrier, the work that was done by lock tight and their service technicians was phenomenal. Once Shawn & Chase arrived things were done in a well and timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to my neighbor!
