First, of all, I like to say a special thank you to the salesman Richard Goodman. This guy would answer my call any time of the day if I had a concern when we first completed the deal and even after that, he would check on me. Got to love that guy. Second I like To give a hell of a job to Brian Bendel and his awesome team the foremans name is Cleo and his two guys that bust their behind to do an awesome job on my windows and doors. These guys are so so professional and so respectful of your property that they take away all the worries that you could ever imagine. Lock Tight and their team of Ken and Brian. Would constantly update me on my progress and check on my project daily to make sure everything was going well. This company speaks exceptional volumes of customer service. I have never been so proud of a company I have chosen to do business with in my life. If you go somewhere else other than Lock tight good luck because there is no other like them. Great experience. Crew was early, excellent work and quick. They cleaned all installation debris and since they had covered all my furniture left very little dust behind for me to clean. Windows look beautiful! I was visited by one of the project supervisor and called by another during the installation to assure everything was going well. Customer service was excellent!

Workers were amazing. Very professional. Did the job super fast. Cleaned up after themselves. They worked well with each other. Answered questions and provided step by step explanations when asked.

If you like to wait, hire Lock Tight. It has been 311 days since they installed the windows, and they have NOT YET replaced the screen that was installed with a gash in our living room. In addition, there were 248 days that passed between the time we hired them and the beginning of the installation. Despite the fact that we paid them 50% of the total cost, they said we owed them $600 more and would not stop calling until we paid them; their finance guy is not good with numbers, but great at collection and terrible at following up where they fall short.

I was amazed at how seemless the process has been, they handle ensuring the proper documentation was submitted to the HOA in a timely manner. Sales team was friendly and knowledgeable (Andrew). The team that did the actual install was fast friendly professional and they worked Friday Saturday and Sunday to ensure this was completed very quickly. I'll add more photos once clean up and detailing is completed but love the color of my front door it came out perfect

At first , there were missed communication About the installation of the windows & doors completion date, however Lock Tight windows & Doors, has made every efforts to rectify all the issues.

My honest feedback! I hired Locktight to replace my old windows with impact windows. We are first time home owners and we are always trying to get the best prices without sacrificing the quality. After meeting with many salesmen for other companies, we met Austin and he was very informative, knowledgeable and honest about the whole process. The price was very reasonable as they handled all the paperwork and dealt with my HOA. Today we got the windows installed and we are HAPPY! the installers were very professional, fast and clean. 100% recommended

From the time of purchase to install it was about 5 months. Lock tight took care of everything from permitting to obtaining my association approval. The install crew was quick and efficient. Although some hiccups here and there, they kept their word and got everything resolved. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

These guys are absolutely 5 ð awesome. Removed and installed 7 large windows and 12 ft slider panels in 2 days from start to finish. Their work is methodical, efficient and clean. Covered all my furniture, hauled out all debris, swept and vacuumed each room both days.Their attention to detail is second to none. I had no wall or sil damage, none! ð ¯% Satisfied Customer!

LockTight came through on all their promises with our impact window installation. What a difference this has made to the appearance of our home! There were a few bumps along the process, but they more than made up for it.

A total nightmare. I signed a contract with them to change ALL the windows in my home back in November 2021 and still today the installation has not been completed. This is the timeline: + Contract signed: November 2021 + First contact for installation: September 2022. They did not call to say ANYTHING at all in these 10 months. + October 3rd 2022: Initial installation: In this one a couple of windows arrived broken and with the wrong layout (single hung as opposed to slider). I told them right there, but nobody seemed to care. + October 14th : They call me the following week to schedule the city inspection even though I had 2 windows broken!!! Nobody was aware of it. Of course, I told them to send first their own inspector to check what was broken and other minor things that needed to be fixed which they did. + November 1st : Someone from the windows manufacturer, not this company came to measure the broken windows. No complain here. + November 28th, : I contact them again because nobody has said or done anything after thier internal inspection, but nobody clarifies anything. They send again the same inspector that came in October at my request. + First or second week of December : The inspector comes again and is surprised to see that nothing has been done since his first report. + December 27th, : They finally contact me about replacing the broken windows, we schedule for January 17th + January 17th 2023: Nobody comes, I call and apparently, they have misplaced the appointment. We reschedule for January 27th + January 27th 2023. They call me the very same morning to say they can not come because one of their workers has not come to work. + They change the windows at some point between February and March 2023 and do some minor repairs, but there are still some missing parts that need to be installed. + They schedule for April 21st to finish installation, but they cancel on the 20th (today). Reschedule for May 1st. For all these reasons I do not recommend them at all. Do yourself a favor and use another company for your windows
