I just got my Lock Tight windows and slider installed. It did take quite a while to get the windows due to 3 of them being irregular (2 trapezoid) and 1 half circle. The regular windows and slider were ready much earlier, but I had to wait for the others. They gave me a choice to get the regular ones installed earlier but I decided to wait for all of them. The quality is fabulous. They use Cat 5 glass, and the trim is painted instead of that powder coating that starts rubbing off over time. The company called me numerous times to keep me posted on the order progress. They were very attentive. During the install, they were also in contact with me to check on the progress. The installers were on time and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up after themselves and the installation is top quality. The price was reasonable for what I ordered. I did not do the entire house due to cost, but when I am ready to replace more windows and sliders, I am definitely calling Lock Tight. Next on the list is a new hurricane rated garage door. They offer great financing, and it was super easy to deal with the finance company. The whole experience was excellent. If you are looking for a good company for your hurricane impact windows, call Lock Tight Windows and Doors. You wonâ t be disappointed.
