Getting windows and doors installed today, they were on time. Actually they dropped off all the materials yesterday, showed up early today and are still working. Everyone is very nice and respectful. All the agents from the company I have interacted with have been very helpful.

When they called me to confirm the date of my installation and said that the other day the team would be here, and that it was scheduled to finish the same day, I imagined that at least 4 people would come, since my job was 1 door and 7 windows, to my surprise only 2 people arrived. So far my experience with LockTight has been solid â clear communication from my sales rep and the installation team (questions a I had, called a few weeks before install and then again a few days before to align on timing), follow up from leadership, etc. We had 2 large skidding doors and front doors installed and the product is quality. Installation team was respectful and quick while clearly attempting quality. This is construction - your house will have dust, and LockTight did a good job of wrapping what could be wrapped and basic clean up. Once the work is inspected theyve stated theyâ ll come back to do trim work (replace molding, gaps between the floor and doors, etc). Iâ ll update if my review If anything changes, but so far so good!

On July 13th and July 14, 2023, installation technicians from Lock Tight Impact Windows, Doors, and Roofing Inc. commenced and completed the installation of ESW impact glass windows and doors at our residence. The four technicians, Yandel, Rafael, Maikell, and Daniel, were very professional and courteous. They made all the necessary preparations and worked efficiently while enduring the extreme summer heat. During the installation, I also received telephone calls from Lock Tight corporate officials, Billy Shapiro and Kenneth Berman, who inquired how the installation was moving along, answered my questions, and extended their availability to facilitate the entire process. My wife and I thank these Lock Tight employees, including Lock Tight Salesman Juan Arenas, for all their support during the entire process. We definitely recommend Lock Tight for their excellent product, professional staff and employees, and excellent work.

The job usually comes in three phases. I'm happy with the first phase. There's still a few things that need to happen but I'm pretty much satisfied with the work.

The crew and personnel were fantastic. They worked fast and efficient.

The process was smooth and simple from start to finish. The initial consultant was nice, intelligent, and very knowledgeable about his product (and the financing options). On the day of installation, the crew showed up on time and got right to work! They covered everything and taped it down to minimize dust. As one cut some tile (to fit the windows perfectly), another had a vacuum right there to catch the dust as the cutting happened. They made the install look easy, and they cleaned up as they went! The install crew were decent and seemed to take care as if they were working on their own place. Really happy with LockTight!
