Alex is very efficient and friendly. He made sure I was pleased with his work before he left. He also gave me good advice as to what I did to cause the clog. Alex and the company are honest which is so important to find these days.

Toilet downstairs repaired. Unable to repair upstairs bathroom due to water was getting under tiles in tub and under tiles on white outside tub, dripping into ceiling below. Plumbers unable to fix. 2 Gentle who came were both great. They were polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend these two for any job.

Great!! I was surprised how quickly they responded to my call. And it was a tough job but it was done efficiently and professionally with minimal disruption. I will definitely be calling them first next time

This was a monumental undertaking. I have a kitchen and full bath on the first floor and two additional bathrooms on the second story. My second story is poured concrete. Six hose bibs at different locations around the perimeter of my home. It was amazing to watch how they found paths to each of the locations. I stayed in my home during the project. They kept two systems going the whole time to keep me with water. This company passed inspection in Davie with flying colors. They know their stuff!!

Great experience. They had the right equipment and knowledge to tackle this plumbing problem. Enough time was taken to diagnose the problem and offer some possible remedies. Very pleased with the work done and their courtesy.

Had them come out in the middle of the night on two occasions to snake my sewage line due to a huge backup (flooded both bathrooms). On the third time we agreed it needed to be snaked and camera assessed to determine why it was happening.

They were very nice they called me back quickly, we had discussed about what work I needed to be done, but unfortunately the company does not do repairs they only do new plumbing installation instead. They were prompt in calling a client and they were nice, its just that they don't do the work a needed at that time.

I called in the morning and Jerome arrived later that morning. He spent quite awhile working on it - he was thorough and explained everything he did or was going to do. He inspected the rest of the house and gave me ideas on things that could be repaired to head off problems. I was especially impressed that the company texted me a picture of the technician when he was on his way. Definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

AWESOME! I requested a comprehensive plumbing inspection on my townhome that is over 40 years old. JJ arrived well before I expected, early AM - which was great. He was patient in inspecting my residence and explaining to me the various things that needed to be completed and he was respectful of the that I was on a budget and needed to resolve my issues over time. So we discussed the major items that needed to be resolved immediately and outlined a project list for items that could be done over time. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. This was my second experience with Joe Hillman plumbers. It was every bit As Good As the First. Tony knows his business and he is a decent Fair an honest man. This is the second time he's been out to my home. They work neatly, they clean up and the installation is perfect and professionally done. Can't say enough about this company. I've read them 10 Stars if I could and I'm not chilling for them I'm not related to anybody who owns or works there I'm just a guy that found them on Angie's List two years ago and I'm glad I did.

Alex did an awesome job fixing the underground leak in our yard.

I asked for the old hot water heater be removed and the new one installed the next day. I needed a day to clean up the area. As you can imagine it was filthy. In my city, a permit is required. JJ was extremely professional, neat, clean and quiet. When the city inspector came he complemented the installer on an extremely well done job. You can't ask for more than that.

JJ was excellent. He arrived on time and completed the work as expected and wasvery professional. He found an issue with a previous toilet installation and fixed the issue.
