We were advised by the city that, based on our water meter's activity, we had an interior leak in our house despite the fact we were seeing no evidence of any problem. We had been attributing our elevated water bill to having to fill the pool during the scorching summer. We contacted Joe Hillman Plumbers promptly and scheduled a service call. The office staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Jimmy came out and did a cursory look and confirmed we did, in fact, have an interior leak and that it was definitely cold water. He adjusted the water pressure as part one of the necessary repair. The next day Jimmy came back with Laz and the water detection equipment. They were able to zero in on the problem rather quickly, finding a leak under the slab from the master bath to the outside faucet. Jimmy came back two days later to relocate the outside faucet. All the work was done efficiently and neatly and with a minimum of impact on our house. In addition, as a somewhat separate matter and at additional cost, Jimmy identified the source of an ongoing water hammering problem we have experienced in the master bath area for years. If someone turned on the shower and then flushed the toilet, there was a significant hammering sound which did not bode well. We had had arrestors put on the plumbing at various places, had a slew of plumbers out to the house, but nobody had been successful in identifying the origin of the problem. Rather than immediately pushing us to install a separate costly unit to hopefully solve the hammering problem, Jimmy suggested we first look at the shower head unit as that might be the actual source of the problem. He took apart the shower unit and found a small bit of solder which interfering with the proper functioning of the shower head. He purchased replacement parts and installed them. At long last, there is no hammering! In the middle of our repair job a very good friend advised me that she was losing 500 gallons a day in her home in Coral Springs but that she was also not seeing any evidence of such a problem. Jimmy went out to her house and nailed that problem which stemmed from my friend's water heater across to the guest bath. The water was actually leaking into the coral below the house. New plumbing lines were then installed in the attic. My friend was extremely grateful to Hillman for coming out so promptly as others she had called have yet to call her back.

Hillman Plumbing is great. Excellent service, very professional and reasonable pricing. Tony was on time and did a great job. I will use that company in the future.

Tony was the plumber. He called to tell me he was on his way which was nice. He arrived, assessed the problem and went to work. He was in and out in 45 minutes. Tony was very nice and professional and I will call them again if I need a plumber in the future.

Very well. Since it was in the warranty period, they didn't charge me for the service call.

This company is dishonest and main purpose of them is to sell services to rip customers off. Simple request to tighten the Kitchen faucet and bathroom flush leaks fixed requested $600.00. I would never use them and they are a ripoff.

It went very well. They came the same day I called and fixed the problem. The technician was very patient and explained every single detail of the diagnosis and work to be performed, as well as recommendations for future usage. Congratulation to JJ (#142) for his excelente work and professionalism.

They came in and put in the toilets. Everything went well. I did not have to call them for a follow up. I was very satisfied with the job they did.

JJ came at 8:30 am and worked on analyzed and took apart the bathroom faucet, He determined that the valve that switches from tub to shower was bad and that was the cause of the leak. He did not have the part in his van so the part will have to be ordered and he would return. Plumber showed up on time and was very courteous and professional.

Paul the plumber for Joe Hillman arrived on time for a eight AM installation of a 40 gal. water heater. Prior to his arrival I was contacted by Alex MacLaughlin, a manager for Joe Hillman plumbers stating that Paul was on his way and would arrive at 8 AM. After Paul arrived because our old water heater was 27 years old it had a unique hookup, so Paul took pictures of the current hookup and sent them to his office. Within 15 minutes his manager, Alex MacLaughlin arrived checked out the connections and told Paul exactly how to proceed. One hour later I had a new water installed. I will be contacting Joe Hillman Plumbers for any future plumbing problems. My installation was completed efficiently and professionally by both Paul and Alex.

Well. The gentleman was honest and straightforward. It seemed to take a little longer than expected, but that was not a problem.

Plumber came on time and was able to diagnose the problem relatively fast and repair leaky pipe. It was necessary to cut a hole in kitchen ceiling which he did with minimal mess. This was all on a Sunday, of course and there was an upcharge and no discount available but I'm sure Joe Hillman has coupons for normal work times! Overall very happy with this company!

They were easy to work with and got the job done quickly.

It took 3 wks. to set a service date instead of 3 days. That aside there were no other problems. When the plumber arrived, he was prompt, polite and tidy. He cleaned up after himself when the job was completed. Overall, it was a god experience, and I would not hesitate to use them again for any other plumbing problem.

They did a great job. They are very efficient and cleaned up exceptionally well. They left the place perfectly clean.

Willie was very helpful and informative. He was courteous. He came the following day as he promised and installed water heater. There was no mess and he also cleaned my pan from all lint from AC that was trapped behind the water heater.

Camera showed a leak in the pipes. Also, tech thought there was a leak in the shower pan. Found out after having torn apart the shower floor there was no shower pan, but water leaking only from the pipes. Tech agreed to refund the charges. Cannot believe a company would be so reputable, to refund because of their error. Definitely will use them again.

Professional and Arrived on time. Put down floor covering to protect our floors which was really appreciated. Ended up having to use over 80ft of snake to get to the clog. Cleaned up after the job and was a real nice worker.

We were having a possible leak that was quickly assessed as a possible drain line issue that would require significant construction and insurance claim. We called Joe Hillman plumbers for a second opinion. The scheduler was pleasant and accomnadating, immediately calling the plumber for availability. They scheduled me for after hours as I requested , which they alerted me would be more expensive. Kevin arrived within the estimated time, was professional, pleasant and easy to interact with. He assessed the problem without knowing the previous plumber's opinion. Kevin was able to explain step by step his impression and reasoning. He determined that we did not have an urgent need for repiping the home that it is of course our choice and explained his reasoning. He then problem solved with us for other potential causes of the problem but clarified the reason for which it wasn't an urgent plumbing problem. He put us at ease to make a more informed decision and politely apologized for not having to repair anything - a considerable contrast from the previous plumber that repeatedly said trust me you have to repipe the home now. The price was steeper than I expected but it was $99 for the assessment and $165 to do a camera assessment in the wall to insure no leak. The price gave us piece of mind.

I was very satisfied with the water heater, except for the wait for the permit.

Excellent !! Extremely proffesional, honest, educated, and maticuluos. This included chipping to exterior wall, and inside wall. I've had several plumbers over the past 20 years to my home, and I can honestly say they were the best by far. The office personnel I dealt with were extremely helpful, respectful and honest. The technician was amazing, polite, honest, and truely cared about his work ! From start to finish I was told everything up front till the very end, when he was wiping the kitchen floor as not to leave a mark before he left.. Truely impressed !! Way to run a Company!
