Our pleasure. Even though it was more work, we did what needed to be done. We don’t like to raise the price on a customer mid job unless we absolutely have to. We really try to go the extra mile, and if there are any small revisions or additions that we can take care of in the same job timeframe, if possible we will do those for same price. We would rather have a very satisfied customer than nickel and dime someone. We were already planning to be at your job for a particular price, so why not do more if we can to make the customer very happy?Service Provider Response
Thank you so very much for writing this detailed review of your experience working with us. I especially appreciate that you mentioned about your experience with the chlorine dioxide air treatment. We recently had a customer leave us a review 4 YEARS after the work saying she still couldn't re-enter! Not possible. Most customers are so happy with how clean the house smells, they ask if they can do the gas treatment once a month!
