This is a family owned company that truely does care about their clients. Most important thing i look for in companies who I allow to come into my house and complete a job. I just bought a house 2/2012 and I'm about to need a new A/C soon and B Cool will be the first place I call.

While I initially thought the price was a little high for routine maintenance, in the end, I felt I received fair value. BONUS: No attempt was made to sell me a service contract!

B Cool installed my AC unit 6 years ago, and they''ve keeping the same awesome standard during all the past years. They were just out here again and they did a really good job. They just did a regular service. They are always right on-time. I called the day before to confirm, which is great. They are efficient and when I have had repairs, they seems like they try to do at least in an expensive way. They try to save my money. I paid $159, but we have three separate air condition units, that was a good service, so that was actually a good price.

Very friendly, helpful, punctual, professional, knowledgeable and honest. His costs were very reasonable for complete compressor replacement (which I knew it needed because I had already done a tune-up with another company). He noticed right away that the compressor was "ground down," which the other company had missed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with air conditioning problems or tune-up needs.

They wanted to charge $75 to come out and look (would apply it to the cost of the work if we chose them) and look and I went no further. As i've gotten two other companies to arrange to come out for a free estimate, this was not acceptable.

Cant say enough about the 3 men that did the work. Very polite, neat and clean. Took exactly the amount of time they said. Showed up on time. Worked well together. I would recomend this company to anyone. Did not try to oversell. Gave me a very fair price for all the work they did.

I called them and on the phone the lady was very courteous and helpful. I told them that I already knew my unit had a leak and I needed them to refill it and do a minor leak check and that is exactly what they did. She told me on the phone it was going to be under $200 and I was charged $115. Once the summer heat is gone I will most likely call them back to leak check the unit some more. I know the leak is very small so it will be difficult to find it. Very happy with the over all experience and service.

I’m very happy with their service. They came out and gave free estimate. They came out when they said they would. Their pricing was fair. I have used them five to six times. They have performed well each time they came. I have good relationship with them. I would continue to use them.

I scheduled a number of estimates for the same day as I imagine is the norm. The salesman arrived early for the appointment and I was finishing up with another company when he arrived. I told him I'd be with him shortly. A few minutes later, I looked outside and he was gone. That was my entire experience with this company, although some of the other contractors that came out to give me estimates didn't seem to think very highly of this company. None of them cared to elaborate, but I didn't get a very good impression from their facial expressions or body language when I mentioned this company's name as one of the others I had contacted to give me an estimate. Given the unprofessional attitude I experienced in my limited experience with this salesman, I'd say their responses were spot on!

They were on time and brought a team of specialists to perform the various functions. We had old ducts removed, and new ducts and vents installed. The work was done quickly and efficiently and extra care taken on the cosmetics.

Overall was a great experience from start to finish. After rebates and tax credits am getting into a top model for a great price.

They came out on a weekend (Saturday) and in half an hour they replaced a dual capacitor.

I called at one o'clock on a Friday afternoon after calling my regular guy, who couldn't see me until Monday, and 4 other companies. I called B cool because of their A rating and proximity to my home. I asked for an afternoon appointment and was told between 3 and 5. The technician arrived at 4:30 and determined I needed a new thermostat. He installed the thermostat, checked the rest of the air conditioner, and was out of here in about 45 minutes. The technician was very professional, polite, and clean. I will use them again in the future. He just replaced a company I have used for the past 5 years.

They were outstanding! Their prices were way better than the others that I compared. I had four other comparisons.

Their prices are reasonable and we are very satisfied with their service. They are very honest and I would recommend them to others. They come to your house when they say they will.

I have been dealing with B-Cool, Inc. for maintenance of my prior unit for the past few years and found them very reliable and honest. Included them in my three bid process for a new unit and they were helpful in providing three units to choose from based on my price range. They were also able to provide the best price on the Trane unit that was ultimately purchased. Mark and Karen (owners) are both hands on and Mark even came out to my house on short notice to confirm some space constraint issues and to address other questions that I had prior to final approval. The unit was installed on the date indicated, and a follow up visit (back order heater element) was also tracked and completed as indicated the following week. Installation workers were professional and left the area clean after the job was completed. Permit inspection passed on initial visit.

Responded promptly. Service man was knowledgeable, and was able to clearly explain to me what was going on.
