I had a good experience. I've had no issues since the replacement. They are very reliable, very good and very client-oriented.
While I initially thought the price was a little high for routine maintenance, in the end, I felt I received fair value.
BONUS: No attempt was made to sell me a service contract!

"Unfortunately, it does cost us money to be in business. We only give free estimates on replacement a/c systems as that is our specialty and clearly stated in all our advertising. Anything else requires a service call of $75. Duct work is not our main business. I do believe that duct companies probably give free estimates. We did give this consumer a round about price over the phone, and if that price was within his range, we would gladly go out there to look and then apply the $75 service call to the rest of the job. If it is not within his range of price, then we don't want to go out there and waste his time or ours. It is irresponsible to write a bad review of a company based on a policy. It is up to each consumer to decide whether or not they want to pay a service call. We are able to keep our prices lower by charging a service call and not running around to give free estimates on smaller service work. We are very fair and competitive and as you can read from other reviews, where we were actually hired to do the job, most all customers agree that we do an outstanding job."
I’m very happy with their service. They came out and gave free estimate. They came out when they said they would. Their pricing was fair. I have used them five to six times. They have performed well each time they came. I have good relationship with them. I would continue to use them.
"Salesman arrived 15 minutes early to this customer's home, which is usually appreciated. There was an unmarked truck in the driveway when the home owner said she was finishing up with another company. Our salesman waited the 15 minutes that he was early and an additional 20 minutes before he left to go to another scheduled estimate, as we schedule our time also. Customer never called back to reschedule or to complain directly to us. To get a more accurate description of our company there are other reviews on this and other sites for customers that have actually used our services."
