Completely dissapointed
Description of Work: They went to my property where I have a tenant. I didn't receive any information of what they've done. No reports, no nothing. My tenant says they didn't do anything and everything it's just as before. So basically I don't know what they did

[Member Information Removed] Customer was [Member Information Removed] property owner not [Member Information Removed] tenant so we could not show him. Description of Work: Even though they took most of the day before making it to me, Adam was great. He was quick, got my a/c back to working within 30-40 min at a nominal cost. Thank you Natalie for making sure someone came out even though it was after the office closed at 4:30 on a Friday.

Description of Work: The services has yet to be provided. My scheduled appointment was Friday at 2pm. I called at 3:30 and they told me they will have to reschedule for Monday. On Monday I called at 10:30 to confirm. They said I was scheduled for 2pm. Its now 4:30 and they have another service call before me. They said another hour or two of waiting. I hope when I get the service that I will get good service. If not, I hope Angie's List can refund me since I bought the coupon from the Angie's List website.

Description of Work: Original complaint was a whirling noise from fan. After I had fan replaced by AMI, I called back stating the compressor now makes a hard stop (loud) I was told by the senior Tech some units make this noise and some don't? That seemed to me an odd statement as there must be a reason? The unit is operational and no longer makes the whirling noise so I am living with the loud hard stop of the unit.
